Where you having symptoms or just a preventative measure?
More of a preventative flush. I’ve wanted to do it since I had long covid eczema issues,but never got around to until recently. I actually haven’t had eczema since I started using apple cider vinegar in my water once a day. But either way I wanted to do this just as a way to completely flush out anything that might be lingering
