nip46 relays not found

thanks for your work yesterday to resolve some nip46 issues.

i found some more!

when I attempt a new nip46 login:

with the app in the background - nothing happens

with the app open - 'Relays no relays found' popup

after selecting 'Permissions > New App' - get push notifications as expected. Even with the app in the background or after pressing confim so long as I haven't connected that app to a nip46 client.
