Not sure there's conclusive evidence. A lot of claims about the pcr being a method to inject nano stuff as close to the brain as possible, hence the need to stuck it all the way.
Huge psychological damage done, tho - people being told they are being tested for a supposed air-borne, highly contagious patogen and accepting nose drilling instead of simple spit collection, or similar. What the actual fck...

Never did I come across a spitting test in Germany, whereas it was deployed en masse in Austria.
Besides the fact you had to provide a valid test certificate (only valid 24hrs ) to enter buildings at some point. Insane shit
Physical? None probably. Compliance training is a legitimate damage.
