Did a bit of shopping at my local market yesterday.. steak, chicken, lamb kofta. All from local produces and suppliers.

And sone chorizo from the deli.

Now to find some paper or non plastic freezer bags...

You cant quite see it as well as i hoped but the sauasges are welsh dragon, (black peppercorn) at the bottom left and above them a chilli/jalapeno and cheese one, just to try 👍🏻
