Biltong is so good. It’s basically sundried beef. They add a pink salt to it and dry it. I love it so much more than jerky.

What I learned was that ghee has a higher smoke tolerance than normal butter so you can go hotter and the popcorn comes out crisp and perfect. Biltong sounds awesome - been on a beef jerky kick lately so I’ll keep an eye out for it

Just check the back of what you buy to make sure it doesn’t have any preservatives. It should only be salt and maybe a type of vinegar.

Do you add the salt in while popping it or do you add it as a topping after?

I always throw it on after, but now that you mention it - a bit of salt in the pot sounds like a great idea
