Keychat’s media server only stores images temporarily, just like the Keychat relay only stores messages temporarily. This is different from the microblog mechanism, which stores notes and images permanently.

So, the other two default media servers ( void.cat, nostr.download) the uploads are public like if uploaded to nostr.build?
In Keychat chat, all images and videos are first encrypted before being uploaded to the media relay. Only media relays that support encrypted files can be added.
