This is so typical of Democrats. They are terminally arrogant and overconfident. Hillary assumed she was anointed for the Oval Office and didn’t take a complete clown like Trump seriously, even though he had used the same act for decades to win over a loyal base of followers. You can’t convince me that any lessons have been learned from this. Why would the youngest generation of eligible voters have any interest in the choices they are being given?

Golden rule is that any primary loser has never gone on to win a general election later, and it’s incredibly difficult to win a 3rd party term on top of that. Obama campaigned as change and won— you can’t expect to follow that up with “status quo” and win easily
