Agree! The browser extension has a couple new annoying things as well...

Keyguard is a nice alternative .

doesn't help on the browser but its nice on my Pixel.

thanks for the tip. the browser extension is usable. the new android bitwarden app is legit unusable.

Wow that's very interesting!

let me ask, does keyguard work offline? like does it cache the data for use when you are disconnected from server and sync new dats when you reconnect?

yeah exactly.

nice its on zapstore too. appreciate the suggestion 🤙

i ve gotten it working, except i cant get keyguard to autofill credentials when using vanadium browser on my pixel running graphene, so ill need to mess around with that a bit. thanks so much

my Vanadium autofill works irregularly

but better than my old Bitwarden install

Self-hosted apps can sometimes have updates that break functionality or design, which can be annoying. If it's not working well, you might want to check for updates or community feedback on fixes. Alternatively, there could be other self-hosted password managers that might suit your needs better. 🔒💻 #FreedomTech #Bitwarden
