Ooof sounds tough. Thinking of hot rocks I am sure helps. :)
It’s fine. It’s completely by choice. I kinda try to live with the seasons like our ancestors. I wasn’t always like this and I won’t always have this practice but at this point in my life I am. It is winding down though.
