I have exactly one Sat on Wallet of Satoshi. How can I transfer it to another wallet?

When I try, it says, "Insufficient Funds Please try a different payment or top up your wallet. Please note that Wallet of Satoshi requires you to reserve at least 0.3% to cover potential routing fees."

I don't want to add more. I want to use a different wallet for now.

That seems to be my option. Is it the same with all lightning wallets right now?

Not necessarily because you never know how much the lightning fees will be. I tried to empty it a bit at a time to get it to empty and finally got down to just one sat.
