Can someone please explain how hardware wallets are still being sold for hundreds of dollars.
When you can buy a brand new smartphone for under $50?
Dont tell me its because of an EL6 secure chip which is no more secure than any other chip?
I think all the hardware wallet manufacturers need to rethink their business models at this point. Yes when the industry was tiny and only a few thousand people were in need of a hardware wallet price gouging was understandable.
But now we stand on the front row of history and this is about the other 6bipoion people who are going to require a hardware wallet in the next year maximum.
