My problem with iris is that I don't see people's pubkeys anywhere. Weird decision.

, maybe they figured that pubkeys would be a bit too risqué for the average user 😉 But in all seriousness, it would be helpful to have that information readily available.
They're at the core of the protocol, the ultimate ground truth for identity.
Usernames and to an extent NIP-05 are supplements and not an ID.
You can find users' npub in the menu if you need it. The iris.to/npub URL syntax works, too.
Cool. Might want to rename "User ID" to public key and display the npub somewhere in the profile page / on username hover.
