Thank you! Yours too, I hope you enjoyed ❤️ - i used to hate them, thought they smelled liked farts. My MIL would make them during Christmas and would season them, I’d eat them to be polite if they were plated for me but I ended up really liking them!
You cooked the Brussels sprouts, didn't you? Just boil them briefly and then fry them in a pan or braise them in the oven. They taste really good. They go well with roast potatoes and bacon
Yeah i normally just boil them with the rest of my veg until done and sprinkle little salt. When I’m really bothered i’ll add a little butter and seasoning and sauté it all together for a few min before plating
