I work in N. Scottsdale, very high wealth area. Two days in a row I have overheard boomers talking about BTC.
Both times it was a group of 3 with one guy doing all the talking. One guy proudly claimed he had .05. LOL

OTOH, I remember all of the radio ads telling people how they can "get rich quick" by flipping houses in Las Vegas. That was 2006. In 2008, the real estate market crashed, and Vegas was among the hardest hit. :)
