Really want to go to CR but the cheapest flight tickets I can find is 1600 USD and travel time is 40 hours👀 Gonna have to monitor ticket prices for the next month. If I can’t come this year, I’ll come next year. I want to take a beer with all of you nostrians🍻
Maybe you can find cheaper flights by getting to MEX or Panama first, then a budget flight from there?

That’s how i did it on my last trip, the extended layovers were quite enjoyable too. Just be aware that Central American budget airlines charge extra for carry-on!
