Use tor when connecting to other nodes. On start 9 I believe it gives an option to disable clearnet. DYOR don’t trust verify
Kind of depends on your setup and network in general I guess. Good privacy is not only for the node. I second what MAHDOOD and It's Moro! wrote though.
Some of the things my setup has.
Umbrel OS (for one Bitcoin node over Tor, Mempool, etc)
Sparrow (best Bitcoin wallet IMHO)
Coldcard (for cold storage)
VPN (everything not on Tor)
AdGuard Home (less ads, tracking etc)
Brave Browser (don't want to give Google even more data on me)
Quad9 DNS (don't want to give Google even more data on me, if not Quad9 then Cloudflare's DNS as fallback)
