my thoughts about the SEC persecution to big exchanges is that it was a inside coordinate manipulation job so all the institutional could buy cheap #btc to fill their pockets

I suspect Balaji would have known what questions were being asked of Binance and Coinbasea nd what information had to be handed to SEC. He probably pumped the price to sell prior to the SEC announcement, then was ready to buy the dip.
Not sure that the SEC was in on it too. Probably more likely that the exchanges knew the news in advance and traded with the inside information.
