By the way, is it possible to upvote for some items? Is it possible to suggest new ideas to the backlog by the community?

In open source you make the most impact by just doing the work you think needs to get done without being told to do it

I think the point is that Will didnt have to "give" the job. The job just got done.

Everything in your post is asking someone else to do something for you.
