Crazy shocked that Larry Fink didn't tell his appointees to vote for it. Would have been 7% and allowed them to get back on the docket next year. Sorta sucks too because the voters are the same old Dbags from Blackrock, Vanguard, Fidelity, etc. on every board that matters.

reminds me when I sent out an email in 2013 to 600 of our artists at monstercat and asked them if they wanted to be paid in bitcoin. they all said no. some of them were making 20k a month.
