real foods are to be consumed very quickly from where they produced. modern transportation/preservation mass distribution cannot support that. unless u live in village/farm do ur home grown/use local. or maybe sukkerberg eats ipad/smartphone/chips in META lunch/dinner full his virtual stomach.
