It's not always easy, is it? And most times we only make the changes when we have no choice left, unfortunately.
I went to debtors anonymous many years ago and that helped me a lot. I should of kept going. I am doing better because I am out of debt now but still buy too many things.
I have a friend locally who has a similar habit - having limited space has prevented me from buying too much stuff in recent years but I totally get it
