I prefer to not work on automotive electronics but I took on this early 90's transmission control module for repair. After a quick look, there's some leaky capacitors. Replaced all the electrolytics, cleaned it up and gave it back. Shorts are gone so hope it works, but there is no warranty on a job like this, no schematics and no way for me to actually test it. 🤞
