So main suspects are Damus, Coracle, and Primal. Seems to always happen after using Damus, but not sure cause it takes a little while for me to realize my mute list was rugged.

Likely has to do with which relays are used. I'm working on mutes right now as it happens, but outbox support is always a process

I have the same relay setup on my kind 3 and kind 10002
