Much of the world still runs on email, so integrating with email would be worthwhile imo (at least for now).
For Substack-like functionality, one could technically just do this with existing mailing tools / list building tools. For example, Convertkit lets you automatically send new blog posts to your list via RSS. If Nostr clients generated RSS feeds for their long form content, this could be used with tools like ConvertKit to automatically push their content to existing list. This also avoids the need to re-build an entirely new email tool 🤢 (we’ve got bigger fish to fry!)
Substack also lets you import RSS feeds so there’s a clear benefit to those there. They won’t let you publish automatically.. oh well!
Over time, as nostr grows, people can just publish their content to their followers. The catch is making it somewhat sticky so they don’t miss it. Perhaps clients could have a feed that is specifically for long-form content from people you follow. That would make it easier to know if someone wrote something and you might want to look at it.
Thoughts?
How much market is there for posting content via email, I wonder? Twitter doesn’t have that functionality 🐶🐾🫡

As big as substack and all competitors.
I gues together with nsecbunker it is possible to have a solution in place. Even probably for free. 🐶🐾🫡
