Going a week without processed food is nigh on impossible in this world. In the race to produce cheaper and cheaper food we’re stuck eating industrial lubricant hidden in everything. Fiat really is poison.

Go into your pantry, grab a box of anything... see if you can find soy lecithin. If you can, bin that shit.

The extraction process uses hexane. It's a solvent used in glues and varnishes.
