Yesterday was Day 10 of #75Hard. One of the most difficult exercise I use (for one of my two 45 minute work outs) is the breathing method/exercise/therapy that #WimHof has brought out into the world’s eye. In recent years, I have never felt better, physically or mentally, it has helped me feel and express emotions I forgot existed, and it has helped me sleep, well and recover. One of my hunches were recently vindicated, when I convinced someone that gets migraines to try it out and their suffering was eased enough that they could sleep. The work is done in the breathing, the holds are merely the blossoming of the breathing’s effort. Pictured below are myself, in a euphoric state and a turtle I saw on an earlier jog/walk. #grownostr
