Where do I get the content from to host on Plex Server? What about streaming quality when you are on the move?

Tor sites. Quality depends largely on internet access. Works quite well I think. But I am not concerned about anything past 720p on my phone. And I only use mine at home. I keep my music on sd card in my phone. And my phone has no sim card. A little extreme.
