Agreed. But again, there are more options than those two things. And “in theory” voting is more LIKELY to work than anarchism is because anarchy disregards natural human behavior.

There are always options. Violence being one.
That is an option. Group violence is a common historical answer and can be effective. High risk though. Ideally a last resort.
