You can, but please don't:

1. Never put your seed phrase into online tools

2. This will achieve you nothing - #CoinOS is a custodial account (not an onchain wallet recoverable by seed) / seed in Alby Extension recovers your onchain/liquid/nostr keys if you use them / seed in Alby Hub recovers the onchain base of your node. Neither of them should be mixed.

I self hosted two different Alby Hub instances. It’s not as hard as it sounds. I’m not highly technical and I managed to do it.
