This place is supposed to have more features than Twitter but it's full of bots spamming crypto ponzi schemes and porn
You can just mute/block the bots and porn. To make this work you need to get off the global feed and build your own feed by following people, either by looking at who others are following or by browsing the hashtags.

You can use #Nostr for whatever you want, search for #grownostr to find other topics. There are a lot of bitcoiners here right now, but that doesn't mean you can't talk about other things you're interested in ✌️
