Are you talking about taking the10% equivalent figure out of your pocket/portfolio and "pairing" it with your mortgage or you got a mortgage that would allow you to divert 10% into bitcoin?
yes I am pairing 10% with bitcoin in dollar value at the start of the mortgage.
