Good morning Nostr. I have big plans coming and I need your help, right now I'm in phase one of planning and development. I am currently looking for partners. however my biggest need right now is a developed pad or a warehouse. I live on the Oregon Coast so one close by would be great. just figured I'd put this here and see what happens
