Replying to Avatar rabble

It’s not hard for clients to detect it’s an nevent string. If it’s nostr:nevent the OS will try and open a different nostr app sometimes which is a bad experience

I have no idea why it tries to open other apps, haha. I support keeping the protocol lean and avoiding unnecessary bloat.
