#[0] heard your excellent podcast with #[1] . I have a bit of a disagreement on your take that we're at the beginning of the information era. I Moore's law is getting incredibly hard and reaching it's limit. From a technological perspective, I suspect we are closer to the end than the beginning from a technological progress. Adoption wise, I have no opinion. Just my 2 sats.

We've got 10 more years where transistor dimensions scale but beyond that, barring something incredibly disruptive, I don't see how this keeps going. Most of the incredible progress in information systems and software has been drive by Moore's law.
