Yeah. I guess it can be measured vs housing, food, oil etc like inflation is measured now. Except in an honest way. Nice on the name too btw
I just find it fascinating in conversation that people seem to find purchasing power as a mental stumbling block to understanding value. I met a guy at work 20 years ago who said he just saved 30% every month straight to physical gold as "am an engineer, I make things and know how to save but wont fool myself into thinking I know how to invest. Am just saving in something that will keep value." Wish i had paid more attention at the time.
Yeah me too. Can't fathom getting wealthier without having a yield or roi of some kind. Years of fiat programming I guess.
