My cousin is a diving instructor in Bali so hopefully he can strap a tank to my back for some of the deeper stuff🙏🏻.

I'm not too sure, but if you mean "Up" as in The North, I don't think so. He's based in Denpasar so would assume he works out of The South. I'll find out more details when I get there and keep you updated👌🏻🐠.

Aaaaah, I've just googled Talumban, that's in bloody Cebu😂😂. My cousin is in Bali not Cebu. I'm staying in Moalboal when in The Philippines, gonna go to Kawasan Falls👌🏻.
