It happened to some extent when fedi ppl tried nostr out, I think one user was banned from the damus relay.

But isn’t there a nip that shares your relays so your followers can still find you?

Pretty sure that's nip-65. But the censoring part is crazy if true

He did threaten someone tbf, but the other consequence was that iris.to removed his “verification”.
