To my cast iron cookers that regularly need to oil their pans after using them - consider using the regular pasture-raised GreatGhee as your fat of choice.

It’s shelf stable, cost effective, and will do an excellent job of keeping your pan nice and ready for its next round of ground beef or steaks.

Just need to use barely enough to spread around the bottom and sides of the pan. Don’t overdo it.
