Consolidating UTXOs with electrum

From the desktop client you can filter your addresses by those with coins in them.

Select the addresses, right click and press add to coin control.

This means that the next transaction will take coins only from those addresses.

Next, you select an address from your own wallet and you send the BTC to yourself.

Voilà.
