To do what?
And why do they need to pay? People can learn skills without necessarily paying anything. I paid for a CS degree and used AI tools for some of that.
Frankly, I think we need humans capable of certain skills even if AI can do them in case shit goes sideways. Farming, medical care, etc. Having no capable humans is a recipe for disaster. Besides that, I've seen so much fucking AI hype that it's boring. It's always replacing everything.
