Looking at more pics, that mix of meats reminds me of when my wife makes gumbo - kielbasa, and chicken. She has said that shrimp can go in, too, but she stops with the two mentioned meets. What she makes seems to have more liquid than I think I see in your pic, so…?

Thanks 🙏 yeah she cooks international foods ,. Thai, Myanmar, Italian, Spanish etc... obviously American as well ... It's fun and as long as we keep it fun that's where it's at .
She sounds talented. My wife does similar. She lived in Asia for a year (she was a teacher at a school in Bangladesh), and brought home some of their cooking styles.
