⚡️🚨 NEW - Sygnum says Bitcoin's massive accumulation strategy could pose long-term risks.

Despite growing demand for Bitcoin, Swiss digital asset bank Sygnum warns of a concentration risk that could undermine its institutional adoption, particularly by central banks.

According to a report published on Tuesday, Sygnum points out that Strategy now holds almost 3% of the total #Bitcoin supply, a level the bank describes as "problematic".

Strategy is reportedly aiming for 5%, which Sygnum believes could jeopardize Bitcoin's status as a reserve asset. Such a concentration could dissuade central banks from considering Bitcoin as a viable safe-haven asset.

“Such a concentration could dissuade central banks from considering Bitcoin as a viable safe-haven asset.”

That’s the most bullish news I’ve read for a while. Fingers crossed.
