It’s also about how users bring up feedback/criticism. Good detailed bug reporting is really appreciated and helps fix issues quickly.

“This is broken” or “this doesn’t work” only results in wasted dev time as they try to figure out what “this” is and whether or not it is actually not functioning correctly.
