So say it's becoming a large network. How to avoid spam comments for users with millions of followers?

We are not there yet. Maybe filtering by likes, zap amount, reputation. There will be services / Relays / Protocol changes to deal with it.

Thanks. Any plans to have community curators that somehow get compensated for their work by the network (reputation and review of items posted, idk)? Any useful link about the vision of this app?
