I had valve replacement done. I was born with a narrow valve and had it stretched open at 3 and then replaced at 41. I'm part pig now. Oink. My cardiologist said I have zero restrictions over and over again. When I told him I was running he was impressed and happy and told me to keep going. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
