I could actually cry, this looks exactly like what I want to build in Northern ** USA 🥲
I’m going to revamp the plans on my next build if you want to buy them cheap from me down the road. There are a few changes I want to make (vault the kitchen and living room ceilings, increase square footage a bit, change some window styles and sizes, make bathrooms bigger). Could save you a bunch of time and money.
I'm a professional carpenter, can design print, but I'm always interested at looking at different styles. I'll consider it
Nice! Always an option for you if you want it. Getting it designed and drawn up by an architect cost me just over $4000 cuck bucks all told. Engineering another $1500.
As this plan stands it’s a 1515 sq/ft 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rambler with 9 foot ceilings. Open plan in the living room / kitchen. It’s simple but well-executed overall.
Going to make those changes I mentioned earlier and increase the footprint to ≈1650 sq/ft on the next build.
I’ll post pictures of the interior next week after mud and cleanup. No lights operational yet so might be a bit dark but if the pictures turn out I’ll throw some up.
