godzilla minus one was legit good i thought...probably the best movie i saw last year.. 15 mil to make and the director did the vfx himself.. puts the stupid ass WB godzillas to absolute shame.
definitely a theatre movie but thats probably not possible anymore.. anyway i recommend if you missed it 🤙

in an age of endless, terrible remakes from Hollywood, Toho put out a really good, modernized version of the original godzilla from the 50s. They did it right.
