Xiamen. The airline has a deal where they provide a hotel as part of a stopover. So we tried it out. Honestly both the airline and their hotel are nice.
Very nice. Been a while but I remember Xiamen being pretty decent city too.

It’s the first time I’ve been out of a top tier Chinese city. Much more laid back.
