Dear Francisca

You are behind the news here

The TX AG has appealed the ruling and stated that the law is fully in force

which is a real deterrent to any MD cause they face the threat of felony prosecution

so really way to soon to say if this is any more then a very temporary minor victory

nostr:npub1qjssl23udvrumdyrj0qw0ds5vp7rpdapy94kz2pptvrshxnhmy6qurxp6v Thanks, but I’m really not; I read the article and am fully aware. You are welcome to focus on any part of it that you like. I am focused on what the court’s analysis of the law was, not what the TX AG says.

Dear F

one thing I have noted on social media is that lawyers and reporters never admit that they might be in error

I think we are not compatible, so if it is ok with you, i will say good bye

sincerely, good luck to you
