The most famous scientific paper claiming to have found a new dangerous virus (SARS-CoV-2) is missing crucial steps needed to come to a such conclusion.

Its authors never isolated/purified the supposed virus from cell waste and thousands of other particles found in body fluids of a sick person. They also have never proved that the supposed virus is pathogenic and is able to make anyone sick. They just simply took unfiltered bodily fluids, extracted some random RNA from it and based on that ran a special computer software that generated the supposed viruses genetic sequences.
